Newsflash!

I've got something going on Friday afternoon which would call me away at least an hour before Friday's workshop is scheduled to conclude. Howzabout we cancel instead and have this week's workshop next week? Everybody take a writing week. Given the fact that nobody scheduled for this week has sent me excerpts yet perhaps this is serendipitous. But, listen people, I am getting a little worried that for some of you the reality of the reality of the deadlines that are looming lacks the palpability in imagination that yields the urgency and drive that should be happening right about now. Don't make me start knocking heads. I've just gotten a very short haircut and I look like I should be barking orders to raw recruits. Don't make me open my whoop ass can! Write, write, write! I'll post the schedule for next week on the blog again, and I emphatically expect excerpts for workshopping to appear in everybody's boxes including my own by midnight Sunday! Anybody with questions about scheduling Final Reviews just e-mail me, anybody with writing excerpts needing feedback (even if you went last week) just send them to me as e-mail attachments. I can possibly be available a couple of hours Tuesday at Chestnut as well next week after noon. All will be well. Get to work! I'm e-mailing this to you all as well, but make sure everybody in the cohort gets this notice since I know you all talk amongst yourselves quite a bit. swak!
